A Few Helpful Answers
Can I see my design before I pay?
Yes. Every personalized product shows a live preview with your text or photo. You tick an approval box at checkout, so you know exactly what we will print.
When will my order ship?
Every canvas is printed after you order it. Most orders leave our Texas shop within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 2 to 7 business days.
Where do you ship?
The lower 48 US states only. No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other countries.
Can I return a personalized canvas?
Personalized items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for change of mind. If there is a mistake on our side, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free. See our Returns page.
